Im using the same components as yours, The decoder, encoder and the RF module. Im not receiving any data from the transmitter as my encoder works well. can you give any solution to help me?

i am not getting any voltage at pins 3 4 6 7 of arduino board.i have visa and linx installed .i did labview firmware wizard setup and sample program of blink of led works .in case of your program i dont get voltage at arduino pins 3 4 6 7 although rx tx blink of arduino. confused . it will be greatful if u can help
